Not only did they swap them out no questions asked... When their system said the only ones that would work needed to be special ordered, they went outside of their system, did the research, found pads they had in stock that fit my car and I was out the door within 3 minutes. They did this all on their own, without me even needing to ask. I was blown away. I can't recommend this location enough.

My daughter and I were there to purchase wiper blades for her 2017 Hyundai Tucson. They were in bad need of replacement. I was surprised that there was no line waiting like other auto parts stores I have visited lately and there was actually three employees behind the counter. We were welcomed and greeted by George Charity. I was surprised by his enthusiastic cordiality, and instant likability. After knowing what we were looking for, he first asked my daughter this, "How responsible are you on a scale of 1-10?" I thought that was a little out of the ordinary, but she thought about it and responded that she was probably an eight. I quickly chimed in and asked her when was the last time she knew that she needed an oil change? She chuckled, and admitted she isn't probably an eight. The reason George Charity asked was to inform her and I that they had a great deal for wiper replacements at Advanced Auto Parts, but she has to be responsible with saving the receipt and knowing where she placed it. He showed us two top of the line brands that were on sale and were part of a fifteen month wiper replacement deal offered by Advanced Auto Parts. He informed us that wipers in CO need to be replaced at least every twelve months. Something, I admit, that I have never personally been very reliable at remembering ir doing. He went on to say that within that fifteen months warranty (three months by the manufacturer and an additional twelve months by Advanced Auto Parts) if we come back with the receipt we received today that we would get new blades for free or for just an additional $4 charge. Sorry, that I can't remember the exact details, but know it was like getting new wipers for free in a year's time. I asked if he or someone could install them for us, and he immediately delegated a co-worker to install them on my daughter's car. Which took the employee five minutes, and I gladly gave him a $5 tip. I seldom give reviews like this, but I was overwhelmed by the exceptional customer service, knowledge, enthusiasm, and likability of Mr. George Charity. He was unbelievable and I recommend that store on S. Wadsworth just North of Coal Mine and next door to Discount Tires in Littleton. I know that will be my store for Auto Parts from this point on. When you go, be sure and let George Charity know how you learned about him and his wonderful store from me on Google Reviews. Sincerely, Dean Steppler
