Had just come from Batteries Plus where the store clerk had a really combative attitude and claimed despite the Corporate website indicating free installation, there would be a $10.00 install fee. Didn't like getting baited and switched, so went literally down the road to Advance Auto where Doug was the complete opposite of the bad customer service guy at Batteries Plus. Tested my old battery and was very personable. Bought the exact same battery at the exact same price as that other place.....and DOUG INSTALLED IT FOR FREE! Moral of the story.....avoid poor customer service at the other place and go see Doug at Advance Auto!
