  I first went to Dean at accurate Auto specialists a couple years ago because of the great reviews on NextDoor. I have a high mileage Honda CRV and had the typical high mileage cold start rattle. Dean fixed it and it sounded so quiet. What about a year later it started doing that same rattle again and I just assumed it's because of the high mileage on my car. So I took it back to Dean and left it overnight. The next morning he called and said I could come and pick it up. I expected to pay about the same price I paid the first time and was shocked that the bill was $0. He said it was still under warranty and so there was no charge. I was delightfully surprised. Then I started getting another , a very hideous rattle, that sounds similar but it was different and symptoms . So I called Dean and he said bring it over we will take a look at it. I went in, Gabe Dean my keys, Ralph the mechanic drove it into the garage and I could hear it rattling. Then all of a sudden it stopped. A few minutes later Ralph comes in with the keys and says it's not rattling any longer. He also handed me a mini flashlight that he found in the engine compartments leaning up against some thin metallic covers. I was looking for that flashlight. Lol! Got in the car and it purred like a kitten... absolutely no more rattle. I will never go to another auto mechanic as long as I live in this area They are completely amazing. I would give them a hundred Stars if that option was available.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Dean and his team. I had been using an auto shop near my house but they couldn't determine the problems I was having. I took my Honda over to Dean and they new exactly what the issues were and gave me my options. They were knowledgeable, honest and worked with integrity. This was very important to me as I'm not a "car guy".
