  This place made a 180 recently, new management and staff are actually good people. And the tunnel has been made new again plus new additions.

  Washed my car very well the employee Steven or Steve not sure what his name was but he was very nice and respectful it’s a nice cite.

  This car wash has changed names a couple of times, but I’ve had a membership here since 2016 with the same vehicle. One thing I love that has never changed is the excellent customer service. Josh and his team are always friendly, hardworking, and professional. I’ve never had an issue here. Josh has always gone out of his way to help me. He remains patient and professional, even with customers who are not always kind. As we all know, customer service is lacking in many places these days, but here it is still very much alive. I truly appreciate it.

  I recently visited this car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. I purchased the highest-tier wash package ($30), but it did not appear to include any additional services or quality compared to a standard wash. The attendant responsible for pre-scrubbing my vehicle performed the task carelessly, leaving several areas inadequately cleaned. Upon returning home—less than a mile away—I noticed that multiple sections of the car were still visibly dirty, as though they had not been washed at all. Given the price I paid (very poor value, don’t know where the other reviews are getting this), the results were entirely unsatisfactory. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this location, as there are numerous nearby car washes that offer better quality service at a lower cost.
