One thing I love that has never changed is the excellent customer service. Josh and his team are always friendly, hardworking, and professional. I’ve never had an issue here. Josh has always gone out of his way to help me. He remains patient and professional, even with customers who are not always kind. As we all know, customer service is lacking in many places these days, but here it is still very much alive. I truly appreciate it.

I purchased the highest-tier wash package ($30), but it did not appear to include any additional services or quality compared to a standard wash. The attendant responsible for pre-scrubbing my vehicle performed the task carelessly, leaving several areas inadequately cleaned. Upon returning home—less than a mile away—I noticed that multiple sections of the car were still visibly dirty, as though they had not been washed at all. Given the price I paid (very poor value, don’t know where the other reviews are getting this), the results were entirely unsatisfactory. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this location, as there are numerous nearby car washes that offer better quality service at a lower cost.

There's also wet marks all over the car despite claiming this wash included "excellent drying". I'd recommend going somewhere else.
