  I had a highly unprofessional experience with this AutoZone location regarding my elderly mother. Not only did the staff provide incorrect technical information insisting her battery was under the seat when it is clearly in the engine compartment with normal tiedowns, but they were incredibly rude to her when she corrected them. The lack of integrity continued when I called to speak with a manager. I could hear the staff in the background asking for a manager and the manager asking why and then the employee actually attempted to impersonate the manager before finally handing the phone over. The manager was just as dismissive, acting annoyed that I was even calling to report the issue. I expected much better service and honesty from this brand especially on Easter. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

  Amazing customer service! Took the time to go over what battery was best for my car after testing it and even installed the new one. Thanks guys so much. Will definitely be back!!

  Always a great staff and very helpful. My go to parts store in Littleton
