  I first went to Dean at accurate Auto specialists a couple years ago because of the great reviews on NextDoor. I have a high mileage Honda CRV and had the typical high mileage cold start rattle. Dean fixed it and it sounded so quiet. What about a year later it started doing that same rattle again and I just assumed it's because of the high mileage on my car. So I took it back to Dean and left it overnight. The next morning he called and said I could come and pick it up. I expected to pay about the same price I paid the first time and was shocked that the bill was $0. He said it was still under warranty and so there was no charge. I was delightfully surprised. Then I started getting another , a very hideous rattle, that sounds similar but it was different and symptoms . So I called Dean and he said bring it over we will take a look at it. I went in, Gabe Dean my keys, Ralph the mechanic drove it into the garage and I could hear it rattling. Then all of a sudden it stopped. A few minutes later Ralph comes in with the keys and says it's not rattling any longer. He also handed me a mini flashlight that he found in the engine compartments leaning up against some thin metallic covers. I was looking for that flashlight. Lol! Got in the car and it purred like a kitten... absolutely no more rattle. I will never go to another auto mechanic as long as I live in this area They are completely amazing. I would give them a hundred Stars if that option was available.

  Dean & his staff are the best! They have given the utmost awesome service on my cars since 2007 when I found them in the AAA magazine Compass!

  Wow... hmm don't know how I can thank this business enough besides loyalty and hopefully this review that may help others. My family has been repeating customers since I was a little girl playing with my brothers outside while my mother waited inside for her car repairs. The memories still fresh, I have continued to use the same business for my car and haven't been able to find a comparable mechanic shop that's as truthful about what u need and don't need. Prices are very on point and not overpriced. I have always been quoted lower by others shops and in the end paying way more. This shop specializes in Toyota and Honda but they do take all makes and models; they are highly knowledgeable. Thank you Dean and Ralph, as well as all your employees, you are officially the best!
