  It has been my experience at this particular, Jiffy Lube that they’re always helpful. They are always friendly and working hard. They do not hurry you out. They’re willing to show you their work and explain everything they did. I appreciate that!

  I’ve been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for over 5 years, which is why this experience is so disappointing. About six months ago, I had my brake fluid serviced at this same location. During my most recent visit, I was told it needed to be done again because the fluid was “getting brown.” That didn’t sit right with me, so I went back and checked my records, only to confirm it had already been done here just a few months prior. When I questioned it, I was told the previous service “wasn’t done properly,” and they tried to say they didn’t know who exactly performed it. That response was unacceptable. I didn’t go somewhere else; I trusted this shop to do the job correctly the first time. Being told it wasn’t done right, and then being asked to pay again for the same service, is incredibly frustrating. What’s even more concerning is that no one flagged this during my visit; I had to catch it myself. Customers should not have to keep detailed records just to avoid being sold unnecessary services. After escalating to a manager, they did issue a full refund for the brake fluid service, which I appreciate. But at that point, the damage was already done. This situation completely broke my trust, not just in this location, but in Jiffy Lube as a whole. After 5+ years as a customer, I will not be returning to any Jiffy Lube location. It’s honestly disappointing to walk away from a brand I used to rely on, but this experience left me with no confidence in the quality of work or the recommendations being given.

  The gus there were thorough and helpful to me. i appreciated them pointing out what i need to be anticipating in the coming weeks and months. they were friendly and professional and sincerely appreciated them.

  BEWARE….I will never again go to the Jiffy Lube on Kipling and Florida. I was completely misled on the service they were giving me until I got the bill for $168 when all I wanted was a simple oil change. Apparently this is one of those places that misleads women who come in for service with double talk and misleading information. I am so disappointed.

  I stopped in for an oil change, and they recommended replacing the cabin air filter. I declined. When the service was finished, I got back into my car and noticed a plastic piece sitting on the passenger seat. I asked them to reinstall it, and the female technician began pulling on my glove compartment, forcing the back of the glovebox to put back what was apparently part of the cabin air filter assembly. I was surprised by how roughly she handled the glovebox, but assumed there must not be a release mechanism to access behind the drawer properly. Turns out there is. A few days later, my glovebox wouldn’t close. My husband used the release to fully remove the unit and found that the air filter clamp hadn’t been secured. It had essentially been tossed behind the glovebox and got stuck the next time I opened it. Nothing ended up broken, thankfully. I understand they’re expected to check things like the cabin filter, but please treat customers’ vehicles with care. And if you’re not sure how to reassemble something, don’t take it apart in the first place.
