Still sitting on hold for the 3 rd time trying to get an extension to go take my car to get calibrated get a work order for an uninstall instead and now back on hold trying to get a calibration work order and get nothing but ignorant customer service that don't speak english even when you press 1. I just want my car calibrated i paid 40$ for bith phones calls to get an extension didn't get the extension then my road side assistance got cancelled because they scheduled the uninstall. Then they wont give it back to me. Just a money grab and do not want to help. Ceo emails you a sorry then continue to get screwed over wasted so much money on this and cant do nothjng about it. Ridiculous do not recommend

This company is a joke! They are unsanitary!! Don’t get this device if you have ocd!!!
