  I brought my daughter’s car to Gerber Collision after a door had been slammed into the side fender, leaving the driver’s door stuck and unable to open. Since we weren’t planning to go through insurance (it's a 2006), we were hoping to simply get the car functional again rather than pursue a full cosmetic repair. Chris was fantastic. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to fix the issue on the spot. Where another shop quoted a full repair costing thousands, Chris took the time to provide an honest assessment and focused on what actually mattered—getting the door working again. It’s rare these days to receive such straightforward advice and genuine customer service. Chris and the team earned our trust, and if we ever have another body damage issue with any of our cars, we’ll absolutely be coming back.

  If there was an option for 6 stars, this team of professionals would’ve earned it. Flawless execution and great results. Excellent communication during the process and nothing but friendly and professional service throughout. My vehicle(s) will go nowhere else!

  Gerber Collision and Glass were simply phenomenal… I needed my car fast and they got it done with high quality 3 days back sooner than I needed… Stacia and her crew did very professional work AND they keep you updated on what is going on with your vehicle—tremendous experience working with Stacia, her crew and Gerber Collision… if I could give them more stars I would…

  Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. I came to get repairs from an insurance claim. After the fact, they refused to work on my car due to prior damage. I go to pick my car up, bumper is cracked again that was was previously worked on and repaired. They wouldn't even fix it back to how it was when I dropped car off. Will be reporting to BBB. updated 4/11/24 Still horrible customer service. Wouldn't fix what they estimated to fix and cracked my bumper after the fact. Jennifer D was of no assistance in my bumper being cracked. She did not deny Gerber cracked it, but never gave a solution on how they were going to resolve getting it fixed. I left a google review yesterday and got a response back from the owner advising Jennifer D already spoke to me. Yes, she spoke to me, didn't help, so I left a review, and I would like the owner to reach out to me on some type of resolution. I am still getting poor customer service and no actual accountability.
