  Gerber did a great job repairing my Subaru after I got rear ended. Kim was absolutely awesome to work with. She kept me informed, was super organized, and went above and beyond in her customer service. Everything went smoothly with insurance. My car was finished a day early too. Highly recommend - and ask for Kim!

  I had an outstanding experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and far less stressful than I expected. Kim was especially helpful! Not only did they repair my car beautifully, but they completed the work much quicker than the original estimate. That alone was impressive — but what really stood out was how they handled everything with my insurance company. They took care of the communication directly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure there were no surprises. They were also incredibly flexible with scheduling and pickup. They went out of their way to ensure I could get my car back in time so I wouldn’t have to extend my rental, which I truly appreciated. That level of customer care makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a body shop that delivers high-quality work, excellent communication, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

  the worst service ever they were supposed to fix my bumper and my sensors fell out making the car dangerous and unsafe to drive we took it back they “fixed it” the sensors fell out again I now can’t drive my car and have to get it towed. DO NOT EVER GO HERE !!!!

  I found myself in an interesting predicament and while I didn't actually go there, I spoke with Emily on the phone,and her customer service skills were awesome...told me accurate and honest info that made my quest easier and did so with a great and friendly demeanor.
