  I had an outstanding experience renting a moving van from Enterprise, and it was largely because of the manager and the way he handled everything from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was a mix-up on my bill where I was charged for 253 miles instead of the 31 miles I actually drove. When I pointed it out, he immediately owned the mistake, apologized, and fixed it on the spot. What really impressed me was that he chose to refund the entire per-mile fee, just because he felt it was the right thing to do. That kind of honesty and customer-first mindset goes a long way. It left a lasting impression, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of it.

  Let’s face it, owning and operating a truck is to expensive if you don’t run it every day. These guys always helped me accomplish every big mission. Plans change, situations change, availability changes, and every time they made sure I got a truck that I needed. I am very thankful for especially this Enterprise Truck Rental!

  The rental van worked well and the employees were very helpful. The repeated requests for feedback, two calls and one text, are getting annoying. Enterprise, please stop bothering me.

  This team went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle for a last minute need I had. They were all hands on deck to get a rental return prepped for me to get out the door fast. We'll use them for all personal needs and going to have our business use you too now. The team made all the difference.
