I had brakes installed about 2-3 years ago and the discs ended up becoming warped before the brake pads wore through. Even though the discs they installed were out of warranty, they still provided a credit for the inconvenience. Thanks Subiesmith!

They’ve been great at communicating what needs to get done and what can be delayed. That level of communication has built trust that’s rare in an auto mechanic shop. Last check in they identified a potential issue that didn’t require immediate action, but also that it would be considerably cheaper to wait it could be coupled with the head gasket repair which could be coming based ln the model and mileage i’m at. I’ve known about the head gasket issues in that model, but it’s nice to get confirmation that their staff is thinking ahead for what could be coming and how to save money.
