Then, the day before, they called me because they forgot to order the windshield. I was told they would call when it was in, when I was leaving for a work trip. Then, we finally find a date as early as possible several Saturdays later (they don't open until 8). I get to the location, a drive to the middle of absolute nowhere, and I find that traffic pattern and parking outside their shop was designed by someone clearly having a stroke. Then, they told me they can't use my nfc key from my phone. I have to have an old fashioned key fob. This is in 2025 in deep Carville, USA. It's so easy to temporarily transfer the key to another device. What a colossal waste of time.

- AHAmy HOct 21, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I went in and dropped off my car for a small chip. Their technician looked at it and said, it’s small enough, no problem. It will be 15-20mimutes. I made sure they had an access to the car. In about 15min, I get a call from a technician saying he went to go clean the windshield before fixing the chip but “the windshield was too dang hot”, as soon as he sprayed window cleaner, the windshield cracked. When I asked how bad it is, he said, it will now have to be replaced because it’s well over six inches now. When I called back, their assistant manager said “since you brought a broken windshield to us, we can’t do anything about it.” I told her it was a chip and now because of their incompetent technician, I now am forced to replace the entire windshield, she just repeated, it was a broken windshield so they won’t do anything about it. I called their customer care and was told I will get a phone call from their regional director. It’s been three weeks and no phone call. I tried calling the customer care again but I was disconnected. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!
