That is reason for 4 star. Otherwise service was good. Usually, there is a line when I go here, but no line on Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm. Service people were polite and fast. For an Oil change service seemed was speedy but $80 labor for a 20min job seems steep. I am contemplating doing my own own oil change next time. They did show me they changed the Oil with the dipstick.
