The only reason they don’t get a 5 star is because I didn’t receive a sticker reminder on my windshield. They also said an emailed receipt will be sent to my email and I never received this. I have to make notes now and ask them to print me a receipt for my records next time. Overall great work though and I will be returning as a customer.

They were not offended when I didn’t except the additional maintenance at this time but I plan to return. This is my second experience at this shop recently and both times were better than expected.

Finally left after I had waited that long with a very small interaction with the owner. Drove down the road to Grease Monkey. In and out in 20 mins with no pressure to add stuff plus bathrooms and waiting room was clean! Won’t be back to Jiffy Lube. Only left a review because I received a text from them asking for one - so here you go!

My boyfriend went to the Evergreen Colorado site and was only charged $76.05 in labor. Also they forgot to put on my cap for the brake fluid after they checked it and told me they will not fill it. It was jiffy lube store #2481 the name on the paper work was Angel A. I will not go to that store again. And tell my family and friends not to go there. Thank you sue
