So I explained that I would like the fluids topped off but the gangster got an attitude with me accusing me of having an attitude and that made me feel very uncomfortable show time to find a new Grease monkey or maybe jiffy lube?

I appreciated his honesty because it saved me some money and stress! Great team all around.
