I called to ask if they would be able to help unscrew one bolt to my battery so that I could change it myself. Gentleman on the phone was nice as could be and told me of course they could help come on down. Took me maybe 10 mins at most to get there. When I did I was approached by a guy who was just rude and told me no they couldn't help me that they were slammed and never said they could. Then another guy came in with the same attitude. When I explained I had just called and was told they could help they both snapped at me and said well that was before all these people showed up and we can't help you now. I generally like this location but after being confronted by 2 employees with the same rude attitude I don't think I'll be returning. Learn customer service skills instead of just being rude because you have to work.
