It was family owned for 20 plus years and the expectation of service and that neighborhood feel, is GONE. I waited a good 3-5 min to be spoken to. When entering my information and asking for mileage I read the numbers wrong and the tech said “13k miles on a 2011?l” interesting. Instead of saying that seems low, maybe check again. Then I was VERY clear and said I just want an oil change. Then he came in with a paper suggesting I spend $250 more to get things done- new filter, brake flush. Etc. I said I already told you I just want and oil change. He then tossed the paper on the seat next to me and stomped out. When checking out I heard another employee ask another customer about the service today, did we meet or exceed them? I wasn’t asked. I was then asked if I wanted an email receipt, I said I don’t think you have my email, printed is better, I don’t want emails. Not 30 minutes later I got emailed a receipt and a survey. I had to unsubscribe twice to get them to stop emailing me. Service wasn’t above expected- it was mediocre. If you want a busy service bay, try getting to know your customers and especially ones that live in GM. We all talk and will share our experiences. When Grease Monkey first took over, wait times were super long and they were very disorganized. Its always dead in there….this might be why. Try getting coupons out there for locals, otherwise you will stay as quiet as it is now.

Carl was amazing and showed me excellent costumer service that is just so hard to come by these days, I go to them for everything- thank guys!
