Johnnie quickly found and removed a dead animal and even flushed out the odor. I’m so grateful he was able to fit me in and handle such a nasty job with amazing professionalism. I had a flat that was un-fixable and they didn’t carry the matching tire. They helped me research where to buy one online, then I brought it in a week later and they mounted it for an extremely reasonable cost. Other places may try to convince you to get 4 new tires in that situation (but Goodyear agreed mine were still in great shape and that wasn’t necessary). Saved me a lot of $.
