Understanding they are very busy due to everyone else's hail damage car they set it for Thursday at 11am. On my way to work Thursday I called to confirm the appointment for my appraisal. They had no record of any appointment for me. I guess this was my fault because they cannot properly set an appointment. Couldn't imagine how they actually repair cars if their receptionist have no care in the world. What a waste. Save yourself time and go to somewhere that is actually professional and cares to help.
