- CTCryztal TaroneAug 14, 20252.0The outside of the vehicle looked good, but the interior was completely trashed and ripped apart. They didn't acknowledge it nor did anything to clean it up since they had possession of it. They just said it was an animal. Completely unprofessional.
- JPJosh PellantMar 7, 20251.0Do not take your vehicle here. They provided a quote of $2,400 for a full hood replacement on a Chevy Tahoe, which only had two very small dents. When pressed, they then admitted it didn't actually need a replacement, they just weren't equipped to repair the aluminum and could only replace. However, they never said this until I repeatedly asked/pressed as to why a full hood replacement was necessary for two very small (barely visible) dents. Clearly, they were trying to sell a $2,500 replacement that was not necessary and would have done so if they were not called on it. This is exactly the type behavior and treatment of consumers that gives this industry a bad name.
