- MMMikeDec 27, 20251.0Wow! I am a loyal Enterprise customer, but will be rethinking it after my experience with Salem (manager). Very dismissive and exerted his power over the customer with a weird sense of joy and meanness that even his fellow employees (Pete?) were on to and tried to reason with him. He refused to rent a vehicle he had promised me and instead, the vehicle went unrented at the close of the day. I can’t imagine Enterprise staying in business with employees like this that intentionally do not rent vehicles and let them sit there instead. My wife even tried talking to him and she couldn’t believe his attitude toward her. My teens (who witnessed Salem’s behavior) asked me if there was something wrong with him because they didn’t think someone in his position would ever go out of their way to be intentionally mean. There is a lot to the story but I am hoping someone from Enterprise sees this and starts paying attention. Mine isn’t the only review like this. He is cancerous to your other employees and will alienate future generations of customers just because he wants to exert his power trip over people. Again, the other employees were even shocked.
