This location never disappoints. It’s not the closest Enterprise to me, however, I’ll continue to go to this location because the staff is truly amazing. Everyone, at this location, I’ve worked with has been incredible.

I am about 50 years old and have been a loyal customer of Enterprise all my life up until now. It has been the only rental car company I have ever used if I have a choice. Recently, I have had a very difficult time getting my bill corrected by the 1050 s Wadsworth location in Colorado. The manager, Jessica, advised me that I would not have to bring the car back when my secondary insurance kicked, in at a lower rate, and she would adjust the pricing, from that date, for the same vehicle instead of me physically coming in. However, she never did and I never thought I would have to follow up to make sure she did what she promised. When I discovered the problem she did advise that it would be taken care of and the adjustment would be made. I called a few times to follow up and was put on hold for a very long time, one time for 30 minutes, without answer. Eventually, I was told they were slammed and to call back at a different time. So I did. When I called back a couple days later, Jessica no longer worked at the branch and I was advised that the area manager, Ryan Gomass, was going to take care of it and there were notes for him. Well, I have called back several times and they will not give me his phone number and he will not call me back. I even have a voicemail of Jessica advising the adjustment would be made. Not sure why they cannot take care of this and am very disappointed. I trusted that Enterprise would take care of their customer but apparently I am wrong. Being blown off as a long time customer is not acceptable customer service. I will be avoiding them in the future.
