    Rented a car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. Team had a car ready same day as it was requested. Nick demonstrated high quality customer service- very thorough and curteous during pick-up. Jess helped submit everything to insurance correctly and Gary had the car spotless when I picked it up. Appreciate everyone's efforts to make this process as smooth as possible!

    Had a car scheduled and they called me when I did not have service traveling. When I arrived I was informed I did not have a car since they called me and I didnt answer. They decided to give it to the next reservation. This is after waiting 15 min to get helped. Avoid at all costs and just use the airport for a rental.
