Well i figured id have them just do an oil change while my car was there anyway. Normally i do my oil changes myself but no big deal trusting that theyd do a good job. Well, i went to do a new oil change today and look what i found! They completely rounded my oil pan drain plug and put a medium strength thread locker on it. Im super disappointed with this shop now. Ill never take my vehicle to them again if this is how they take care of people. So rediculous. Now my 15 minute oil change is gonna turn into a whole day affair trying to get this damn plug off somehow.

I thank this amazing team for their work and communication with me throughout the process.
