  Went with my car's knuckle, asked if they could use their ball joint press to insert a ball joint into the knuckle, willing to pay for it. They wanted to charge me for 3 hours of work (roughly 500 bucks) to what amounts to a 2 minute job. Completely unironically. All I wanted them to do was take the knuckle, put into press, insert ball joint, and give back knuckle. Will never go to ANY Breaks Plus again. Will never recommend anyone to go here and will ACTIVELY avoid at all costs. The place is a rip off and their employees lack common sense.

  Went to brakes plus due to dealer quoting high price nicholas was able to help us save money and we appreciate all the help and effort he gave us and went in to details on why we should replace our low pads

  I came in to get my tire looked at and Nicholas was so very helpful at explaining what exactly was happening and what to look out for in the future! I definitely would come back to this location!

  Either master mechanic is incompetent or he sabotaged my vehicle intentionally. If they give you a list of "problems" with your vehicle, I highly recommend you go elsewhere and get a second opinion. This is their third strike. I hate to post negative comments but please be very cautious when using their services. 😔

  So after bringing the car back in they were scale to do the pressure test and were able to take care of me! So I was having an issue with my heater blowing cold air and after reducing all of the symptoms, I thought that it was my heater core that needed to be replaced. I took it here and they suggested that I do a coolant flush and so I paid $100 to get a coolant flush and of course that didn’t work and my heater still blew cold air so the next day I replaced the heater core which now my car is blowing hot air like I thought it was but my issue is when I call them back and ask them if I can do a coolant pressure test to push or purge any air out of the system. They tell me that they have to do a coolant flush that I just paid for two days earlier to me it sounds backwards to offer a coolant flush, and then make me pay for another coolant flush after they didn’t solve the problem. Seems to me that they’re only out to get money because they knew I was gonna have to replace my heater core and then have to come back in to get another coolant flush even though the test is only $22. They won’t do it without the coolant flush, which is $100.
