Both of these problems were a bit obscure but Jason (I think that was his name) and Janet were both able to provide great service. They've bought our love with their help.

Phenicia informed me that they didn't rent, but I could purchase one. I didn't have the time that day, so I ripped down to the tire shop to get it done. She didn't pressure me into purchasing anything that day. When I stopped in the next week, Steven helped me out with what I needed and didn't sell me anything I didn't. I appreciate that approach to business, and will return for any other needs I have.

Not only did she find the perfect parts, she guided me through the process of registering the battery. This SAVED ME $250-$300 that BMW wanted to charge. She is very knowledgeable and professional. If you need an auto part and advice in installing it, Janet is the BEST!

He grabbed the most expensive filter XL STP when I had asked for the one that comes with the Mobile 1 oil I grabbed. This was not the first time they tried to take advantage of me either. I called the Store Manager who was defensive and seemed like she didn’t care. I explained the situation and she cut me off and was just rude, brushing it off. Building customer rapport is what brings you sales not ripping them off in the moment. Will not return to this location. By far the worst in Denver. See the receipt attached. Aurora location shows the package deal I had asked for.
