He was kind enough to go outside to make sure I didn’t also need my high beam bulb replaced. While attempting to look at the bulb, it was turned too tight. Michael and another employee, Justin, worked on my headlight for over 20 minutes in cold weather to get it to turn loose. Eventually they were able to unscrew it and were even willing to switch out the bulbs for me. They went above and beyond and I left an extremely satisfied customer! Thank you Michael and Justin for your excellent customer service.
