- AAA “TokahtheGreat” AApr 3, 20265.0I recently came here because my car desperately needed some items, and the girl Micayla (not sure how its spelled) was extremely friendly and helpful. I just a couple of bucks shy of the total and she helped me by locating all the best deals or discounts available for similar items and I able to get what I needed. One of the coolest experiences I've had in a store like this. I will be coming back.

Mr. Chunsie Smith at this location installed the battery and found a warranty on my last battery. He saved my day and my wallet. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you- I’ll be back.

- JSJohn StocktonMar 30, 20265.0On Saturday, March 14th I purchased a battery at the Auto Zone at 5365 South Wadsworth, Lakewood, CO. I want to thank the Auto Zone employee Chunsie for his excellent service and help in the process. I am not mechanically talented so I was exceptionally appreciative of Chunsie's time and courtesy explaining the process of the installation including testing the alternator to assure it is providing adequate service to the battery. When future auto servicing is needed I will rely on this Auto Zone location and highly recommend it for any auto needs.
- MMMariah MariaMar 19, 20261.0Pulled up at 8:34pm on Thursday 03/19/2026 and the blonde girl at the register saw my husband and I pulling up and literally ran to the door like she was trying to beat us to it and immediately started locking the doors as soon as she got to them. The store does not close until 9pm so there was no excuse for that. As she did it she was making rude faces and hand gestures like she was talking about us to another employee while staring right at us. The entire situation was disrespectful, unwelcoming, unprofessional, and embarrassing for that business and herself. It was obvious she hates her job with a passion. She should find another job instead of driving customers away for this business.
