  All try to be very helpful. Just be aware that returns are not done as exchanges, and can sap you of far more money and time than necessary. I now have to wait up to 2 days more to purchase the parts (that are in stock) I need to fix my car, and cant, till my money goes back on my debit card. Poorly done, Auto Zone.

  So sometimes I feel like all the auto part stores are the same , maybe it is true for the products offered. However what I’m learning in all areas of my life and especially in the consumer world; is that although products maybe similar and the prices may be close ,quality of service is something that needs to be addresse & valued! Recently I changed the oil on my car to save some money. When installing the filter I skimped out and did not buy the wrench that is made for oil filters. I thought to myself Jerry you have been on this planet long enough to be able to use a channel locks and I did. Needless to say I have a leaking oil filters 😬 As well as a windshield wiper that does not know where it belongs and keeps popping off ! So I decided to go auto zone in the spirit of Humility and confess my sins… To my surprise Chris Rameriz a manager here Was as the saying goes “a gentleman and a scholar “ Chris is soft spoken - he speaks softly because his aura ( the not tangible ) tells us that he knows his job well and is good at it. Chris took the time to make sure that I had the correct parts and he even came out to my car To offer me tips and suggestions on the wiper blade. My ego did not want any help and if it was not for The Universe putting a gentleman like Chris in my path there is a very real chance that I would be broken down some where with a “ blown motor “ ( lack of oil) and not being able to see out of the driver side of my windshield …. I’m a firm believer in positive vibes only and for the most part I do not write negative reviews unless a person deserves it. The flipside of that coin is a person, place or institution really needs to earn me taking the time out of my day to write a genuine review. Chris R and the staff over here at Belmar Autozone was worth my time and then some. I feel it is my responsibility to tell others that the service at this store is top notch Whatever your skill level is Chris R and his team is Pros can and will be willing to help In these crazy times we live Willingness is huge Kindness is enormous and a person that carries themselves in a way that is both experienced and Humble , well that’s worth writing a review Thank you to the staff at Autozone by Belmar and thank you Chris Ramirez Sincerely 💯 Jerry the dude from Northeast Oil, filter wrench and wiper blade

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Isaac. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. His knowledge is seriously impressive—he didn’t just point me in the right direction, he took the time to explain my options and made sure I understood everything clearly. What really stood out was his attitude. Isaac was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me, which is rare to find these days. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values great customer service. If every employee were like Isaac, AutoZone would be unbeatable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Highly recommend asking for Isaac if you want top-tier help!
