  Jake and his team consistently exceed expectations. His positive attitude and ability to bring up and mentor new associates is amazing. Jake is very customer service oriented, patient, respectful, honest and smooth and efficient. I always leave intending to leave a positive review and then life gets in the way. Not today. Jake and his team even provided us with some glass cleaner, as headlight glare got mentioned. Jake, Adrian and Brody killed it. We used to go to Grease Monkey, but have not been back since you guys opened and Jake got to work making you all look good. Thanks to the team @ 2920 Arapahoe Rd., Lafayette, CO 80026. Best oil change experience in a long time. And they are great every time. We found our go-to place for oil changes and automotive advice. Thank you!

  Great and friendly service. Everything was explained in detail. Suggestions were given with explanations but nothing was pushed. All staff were positive and confident in what they were doing. Price of everything was laid out ahead of time.

  Just left the guys at Valvoline Express Angel and Ray were amazing not only did I get my oil change but the guys helped secure my bumber that was flapping around. Guys went above and beyond for the service... To who ever is in charge (long hair) guy sitting at computer the whole time, you better show some more respect to your employees instead of rushing him.. you clearly saw he was helping me...

  Everyone was friendly and did a great job. I got my oil changed, radiator flush and air filter changed. It was reasonably priced and only took about 20-30 minutes. The assistant manager was helping the crew as well. Everyone worked as a team and did great balancing all three bays in use without issue. I will use them for my future oil changes. Thank you!

  Take this review for what it’s worth. I change my own oil 99% of the time. However this time I’ve been too busy so I figured I would give them a shot. First everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. They were quick and done much faster than the dealership. And they did change the oil. Now the complaints. The other day I realized I was out of washer fluid. I had two gallons at home but knew they would top it off as part of the service. Got home washer fluid was bone dry despite invoice saying they added fluid. Took almost an entire gallon to fill it. I also tried to use them on my drive home and there was nothing. Said my engine coolant was “checked-ok”. That was the second part of the test. It was below the minimum line when I went and I knew I needed to add more. They did not add more. They asked where I wanted the tire pressure at, didn’t add any air to the tires. They did make sure to test the battery and wiper blades, which both were fine. Just a money grab there. Won’t be going back and will stick to doing it myself for about a third of the cost.
