    The guys running and working at this location are absolutely great. I had got an oil change at another place which had been really poorly done, which led to most of my oil catastrophically leaking inside my engine compartment from an improperly installed oil filter and forcing me to get my car towed back to this other oil change place for them to "fix it". As it turns out, they did a bad job the second time and did virtually nothing to clean up all the spilled oil and apparently also left off the gasket on my oil pan plug. A few days later I was near this Valvoline location and there was still a consistent burning oil smell from my car and I noticed that there was a small puddle of oil under my car after a few minutes of it being parked. I went to Valvoline shortly after they opened, explained my issue to the manager and they brought me right in and spent a long time thoroughly cleaning as much of the oil up as they could, replaced the missing gasket, and gave me new oil and filter - all for free! It was really appreciated and I would highly recommend this spot!

    needed a big service on my RAV4 before a long drive to Texas, and Antony at the Arapahoe Valvoline was excellent. He and the team handled a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and full transmission, differential, and transfer case service. They were professional, efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need (like filters that were still good). The inspection report was clear and I'm confident my car is 100% ready for the trip. Highly recommend this location!!

    The team worked smoothly through their processes together. The visit was quick and the service was what I expected. The speed was faster than expected and I never had to leave the vehicle. Team member was transparent and didn't attempt to upsell my on things I didn't need.
