- PSParker SullivanNov 2, 20251.0Absolutely rude workers, and they gave me the wrong product. I walked in and the employee (woman probably 20-30) gave me a snarky attitude. Started with an attitude and then gave me double platinum spark plugs when I payed for iridium. Noticed when I got home so I called, then they told me the packaging was wrong and they were indeed iridium. Unboxed one to find that they were NOT iridium. Then I came in to the store and as soon as they saw me walk in they immediately went to the back and got iridiums. They knew they did me wrong and didn’t apologize or offer any remorse when I had to take an extra half hour to go back and get the right ones because of their mistake.
