- MNMike O NiteAug 26, 20251.0Store manager is extremely rude, and unprofessional. Threatens locals constantly, belittles her staff in front of customers, and fails to run a store properly at all. Staff morale is terrible from what customers can see, food is always expired or undercooked, bathrooms are filthy, trashes are constantly overfilled, genuinely curious if anyone in Maveriks upper management even notices how poorly this store is run. If there is another choice for a gas station in Kremmling this store would be a loss overnight. Will be filing a complaint with corporate as well, extremely poor customer experience SEVERAL times now. Most locals dislike using this gas station now, and are slowly transitioning to the Kremmling Mercantile for fuel and food even with it being more expensive and further out of the way.

The bathrooms have not been cleaned in months, the mens room toilet was covered in poop, there was no toilet paper. The womens room was horrendous, I had no words so i took pictures. The roller grill items were so hard and wrinkly they had to of been on there since the day before. The floors were sticky, counters were filthy, even the CC reader was filthy. We love Maverick but unfortunately this one is not living up to the normal standards.

Next time I went in I tried in a very calm and polite way to tell one of the employees. Guy rolled his eyes at me and couldn’t care less. Gave a robot response to send comment to manager. Then went off about how the manger sucks and doesn’t care about anything. Thought this would be an easy one. Not for these simple folk though. Moral of the story, seal food products with the sticker that’s meant to seal food products. Place was a lot better when Kathy and Charles were working. Those two ran a tight ship
