  Kelly was extremely friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. She even took the time to entertain our daughter while we waited, which we really appreciated. She worked to get our vehicle finished as quickly as possible, and her customer service was truly a pleasure. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile like that. Thank you, Kelly!

  First and last experience with this Brakes Plus. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I waited an hour and they never even touched my car. I checked back and was told they were still waiting for a bay to open up. And when I asked for my keys so I could head back to work, they finally said they were just about to get me in. Yeah, no. Don't bother letting people make appointments if you can't even mildly stick to the schedule. And TELL PEOPLE when you're backed up and running behind schedule when they arrive! This was just negligent customer service that doesn't even consider that people have places to be during a workday. Not to mention, oil changes are really pricey here unless you get their coupon online. And even then, they fall in line with other places' prices. I highly-recommend going someplace else that can keep their appointments.

  Took my car in for an oil change then it turns out I need my breaks done. Kelly was so nice and went above and beyond and we agreed on a price. Took about a few hours and I was done. Their entire team was very friendly and amazing!!! I will continue to be coming back.

  The guys and gals in Johnstown are awesome. Personable staff, never had an issue with even a single individual, and they always price things honestly. Brought my 4runner in after smacking a deer with the front end, and they even recommended a shop for the body work. The wife and I bring all of our vehicles here regardless of being capable of all services myself, they definitely have our families trust to maintain our vehicles properly.

  The Brakes Plus location at 2534 is absolutely the best location. The staff are phenomenal and go above and beyond. The manager is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. By far I would drive an hour if I had to just to go to this location. You can’t beat the customer service here.
