  I had a great experience at this specific location. Kelly Vecchiarelli and myles really took great care of me when I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I took it in after work and they had it up on a lift and done in a hour. What a great group of people. Thanks again Kelly and myles.i highly recommend this location for any automotive needs.

  I can’t say enough how helpful the manager has been to me. She goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. No one wants to have to address car problems during the day. But the high quality of care I received left me with peace of mind when the work on my car was complete. Top marks for this location, and it starts with its manager.

  I take my vehicles here every oil change or maintenance need. Kelly and her staff are fast, professional, and consistently reliable. They get you in and out without cutting corners, and they always take the time to explain anything that needs attention. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicles, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

  Kelly and her team at Brakes Plus absolutely saved our day! Halfway through a road trip, the brakes went out on my Jeep leaving us stranded on the side of the freeway. Other shops we called could not help us until Monday (It was Friday at 4:30) and had no suggestions to help considering we were not in a safe spot. Finally, I found Kelly at Brakes Plus. They got us in immediately. They had a bay open and ready as we coasted in. They took a look and there was more damage than initially thought which required us to stay the night. Kelly loaded up myself, my mom and dog into her car and drove us to the nearby hotel (which she helped us find), offered to help us get dinner and to pick us up when the car was ready. She was determined to get us back on the road the next day, which she did! Both rear brakes were fixed, damaged parts replaced and a solid look over to make sure no other issues might occur on our way home. She insisted we let her know when we made it back safe. We would have been in a much worse situation if it wasn't for this amazing team. Considering the work done, the price was great! I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. I cannot thank Kelly and her team enough for the help they gave us. It is clear that she is an amazing team leader here and runs an efficient shop! She is well loved by the staff and truly felt like being around family.
