- BKBradley Kerr2 days ago1.0I’m recommending all future customers avoid a membership with any Whistle Express location. I was a member for some time, back when my location was a Take 5. They underwent management change to Whistle Express. When the change occurred, Whistle let me know my plan would transfer to one of their equivalent plans AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Happy to say that was the case for a few months, up until today, when I was charged 8 bucks more with no warning. After submitting a customer service ticket, I was told their legacy pricing no longer reflects their services and that I’d need to pay the new pricing. My issue is not with the updated price. It’s the fact that Whistle was going to quietly make the switch without informing me. I would have canceled my membership had I known about the price increased but regardless, they made a sleazy business decision. I’m working on a refund for my latest payment. I don’t expect Whistle to honor this considering how they went behind my back, so let this be a warning to anyone doing business with them. To end this review on a more positive note, the car wash is a great one. Please do not read the low rating as a rating on their actual services. Whistle maintains it well, even if it gets heavy traffic on nice days. Whistle should know I was very satisfied with their services until they failed to inform me as a customer about something that impacts the money I give to them. If you’re less concerned with random, sneaky price hikes and a customer service team that is difficult to get in touch with and instead just care about a good car wash, I’d still recommend them.

Also was supposed to get a call back from a manager about a wrong charge and still haven’t heard. ****** Update- I’ve now been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply and have sent multiple messages with no response. This is getting out of hand!!!!!!
