  Service Technician -Mark provided amazing communication and was extremely personable, respectful and compassionate. On 4/02 @ 4:04pm MST -Mark instructed of new total of $161.09, Safelite text me a receipt of the $161.09 authorized and approved transaction. On 4/02 at 5:39pm an individual "Zack", who I've never meet nor have spoken to, submitted an unauthorized payment of $204.65. Why is Safelite changing the authorized dollar amount on this transaction? I trusted Safelite with my personal banking information and Zack completely violated that trust. Zack deplayed unprofessionalism, a lack of integrity and proved to be untrustworthy with customer's bank account information. Communication is Key, Zack should have reached out to me before submitted an unauthorized payment. I will update this review as needed, hopefully Safelite will resolve this situation in a timely manner. Thank You for Your Time

  I had a great experience with Chris. He looked at the chip in my windshield and respectfully and patiently explained that it was minor and it didn't need to be repaired. He also helped me remove some stickers that were stuck on my windshield that I couldn't get off! He definitely went above and beyond to help me.

  Safelite did a great job of replacing my windshield on a 2021 Lexus SUV. Because of the recalibration required for various features embedded in the glass, it had to be done at their location, 12 minutes from my home in Greenwood Village. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they confirmed it several times. I elected the “drop and go” option as opposed to the wait option, which made a lot of sense. I dropped it off at 8 AM and it was finished by 10:30 AM on a Saturday, which was ideal. It has a lifetime guarantee, even if I sell the car, and I really appreciate that.

  On a road trip to Centennial from Seattle, we experienced a windshield ding that became a crack that crossed the width of our truck. We were able to schedule a replacement quickly. When we arrived, our truck was taken in the service bay for the repair. Not long after the truck entered the bay, we met our technician named Randy. He handed me our carpool transponder stating he has great success in removing them. After explaining the replacement process, he went back to the shop. About 60 minutes later. I see our truck drive by and park by the door. We completed the paperwork and were back on the road. Randy did an outstanding job with our repair. We will be using this facility again when the need arises.

  Photo of Safelite AutoGlass Safelite AutoGlass I orderedy broken back glass to be replaced, the technician left broken glass inside of the truck lock leaving my trunk stuck and won't open, he proceeded to swear and tried to pry my trunk open with different tools and knifes leaving a buncb of scratches in my car. when he left I turned on my vehicle and a bunch of warning lights came on and my trunk would not open. I took it in on Saturday March 14, the lady at the front desk was very rude, the technician told me "unfortunately these things happen and it's pure bad luck I'm sorry" at the end he gave me back my vehicle completely apart and told me I'd have to work with my dealership to try to fix it. they took no responsibility, management is very rude. before they touched my vehicle everything was in working condition. now I have a vehicle that is broken apart and just disrespect from office staff
