  Brian and Gerald were awesome and helped my daughter learn all about oil changes as she’s a new learning driver. I was so impressed with how patient they were and how much education they offered her about oil changes in the importance of car maintenance… Plus, they did a great job with the oil change, of course!

  I just got an oil change today around 5:00pm, I had left after that heading home; didn’t realize right away but now my car is making a noise! Highly upset about it because it wasn’t making a noise before I came until I left. I will be coming back up there tomorrow morning to get it figured out, and hopefully they won’t say “I did something after I left” and take care of the problem!! (Angry Customer)

  This was my first visit to this location, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were professional, informative, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They provided helpful insights into my vehicle's maintenance needs without being pushy and completed the service efficiently. I've certainly found my new go-to Grease Monkey.

  Every single person I talked to was miserable and hated their life. Was told it would be an hour wait time (they didn’t want me to get my oil changed obviously) and I told them I’d wait. It took 20 minutes, I’m not even sure they changed my oil, didn’t ask me what I wanted. First guy I talked to didn’t even greet me, I rolled down my window and he said “you here to change your oil?” I’ve been to this location a couple times and it just gets worse and worse. Go spend your money elsewhere. Unless you like dealing with miserable people.

  Dishonest sales tactics, but quick oil change service. During the oil change, the staff came over and showed the really dirty filter 'from my car' and recommended adding a filter change to my service. The problem is that the very dirty filter they claimed was from my car was NOT the orange colored filter I had installed a few months ago. Recommending a filter change is fine, as it is good practice to change the filters at the same time as an oil change, but the practice of fraudulently misrepresenting the filter condition as much worse than it is to customers should not be acceptable. That being said, I was able to walk in without an appointment and the oil change service itself was very quick, plus they didn't push the filter change when I declined, so I'll still give two stars.
