  I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. At pickup, I walked the vehicle with the assistant manager, Kaela, and we both acknowledged multiple existing issues, including scratches and a dent in the bumper. The car itself was in poor condition. It smelled bad, drove rough, and even had a maintenance light on, but it was the only option available. When I returned the vehicle, I was accused of causing the same dent that had already been identified during pickup. I clearly explained that we had reviewed it together, but I was told “this was not there” and that a damage claim would need to be filed. I declined, as I knew the damage was pre existing. After searching through old photos, the staff eventually found an image confirming the dent was already there, and the claim was dropped. What stood out most was the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and Kaela continued to act inconvenienced and dismissive, even speaking to me rudely about interrupting her lunch and telling me I needed to come back to close things out. The situation itself was frustrating, but the response afterward was worse. Mistakes happen, how they are handled matters. In this case, the lack of ownership and unprofessional, immature behavior made an already avoidable situation much worse. I strongly recommend documenting everything yourself if you rent here, as their internal process is clearly unreliable.

  The company allows you to book cars they cannot provide. Unethical business practice. Hi Chris. Thanks for your response. I contacted customer service yesterday and provided details of my complaint with contact information. As expected and what I told customer service, I’m sure my complaint will be lost down a rabbit hole. You can always talk to your manager Jayla, because that went so well for me yesterday.

  They didn't do their job and never got the other person's insurance to pay, so they made me pay for it! Asinine! I would have never done this if I were going to be fully responsible. Car was dirty inside and out when I got the car. I returned it better than I got it and with more gas than I should have and this is how I'm repaid. 🤔 They didn't have any patience.

  I would give zero reviews for enterprise if I could, but they’re insisting that make at least one star so there you go that’s all you need don’t go with him if you’re working with insurance

  We had a great experience working with the enterprise car rental on county line road. Kaela and her staff were great to work with!
