  Was a great initial interaction. I left a deposit and they were to try to buff out some pretty deep scratches that were very visible and almost through the clear coat. They weren’t normal wear scratches, appeared to be from the car wash they use dragging something sharp from back to front of the car a few times. In any case they weren’t able to get the buffed out well, I was advised it came out great, and when I got the video I requested. I could still clearly see them. Thankfully I didn’t uber to the dealership to buy it on their word. I had communicated a bit after the deal fell through to ask if they could take a few bucks off or anything to account for the scratches so I could use that money to have it fixed. I was met with sassy comments and overall unprofessional remarks, as the rep didn’t agree the scratches were out of the ordinary. Which based on the pricing versus book they had the car rated at perfect or very good, which it wouldn’t fall into that visual category by any means. I even asked for as little as waiving the 400 dollar dealer fee so they were at least splitting some of the cost since I was buying an imperfect vehicle at the perfect vehicle top price. Which was met with more “humor” So I terminated the conversation. From this experience I gather they are great to work with if you give them everything they want and have no questions or concerns or debate. The minute it isn’t a simple deal or u have an issue it becomes difficult and not worth dealing with them.

  I had such a great experience buying my car thanks to Caitlin Carrion! She made the whole process easy, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. She was super kind, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I also loved seeing how she included a new employee, Alex, in the process. She was so welcoming and supportive, letting Alex jump in and help while still making everything run smoothly. It says a lot about her as both a salesperson and a person. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Caitlin is genuinely one of the sweetest, most courteous people I’ve met—I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping here.

  Usman was the best sales consultant ever! My husband and I had been to 3 other dealerships and felt so pressured, but here, at Enterprise, Usman walked with us and talked with us like a friend, not a salesman. The manager José was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending Enterprise, Usman and José to everyone!

  Enterprise in Highlands Ranch is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They have great car's, and a great selection of quality vehicles.I highly recommend this dealership. I highly recommend Usman he's the best car sales man for your vehicle needs. I also recommend TJ, The customer experience manager, These two gave me a beautiful elegant vehicle..
