  I had an awesome experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Huge shoutout to Zach and Marcus — those guys seriously went above and beyond. They were super friendly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. It’s not every day you come across people who genuinely care about their work, but Zach and Marcus definitely do. They made the whole experience smooth and actually enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

  I specifically asked the guy if my car was going to be to low and he said no it should be fine. So then as I was slowly pulling into the car wash and following the guidance of their employee. Who guided me forward until the front bumper hit the guide rail. They had me fill out a damage claim but then emailed me 2 days later saying that it was not the fault of their employees or equipment. My car is factory ride height but is lower than some other cars on the market hence my hesitation to pull in. But I was assured by the guy at the checkout box and then the guy guiding me kept guiding me forward until it screwed up my bumper. I have been to several other locations owned by the same company and never had my car hit the frame. To top it all off they never even refunded the wash that I didn’t end up getting. Don’t take anything nicer than a Honda civic here

  The car wash is always in good shape. I like the power of the water, the new brushes and the hot wax are quality services. The new dryers and wheel cleaners are awesome too. Connor was very helpful cleaning the front and back of my car even with snow on it. He was even out there when it was snowing hard today with a smile on his face.

  Today was my first time going through the whistle car wash. I must say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and all the smiles on the workers faces. Aaron was exceptionally kind and helped us get our big truck loaded into the tracks we even gave our little dog Parker a dog treat. Automatic car washes we have gone through have been mediocre, but this one was absolutely superb. Definitely be back and probably purchase a membership

  After 5 years of previous ownership promising improvements and remodeling, which we never received, Whistle has really stepped up and poured a ton of money into our location to improve looks and new equipment. I must say that the drying blowers still need adjustment, my truck doesn't dry off as well as pre- remodel. The previous drying microfiber towels were larger, thicker and more absorb any than the new ones you are purchasing. Is there anyway to get them much dryer before we use them? They are always so wet. The first 2 rows of parking, after exiting the tunnels should be reserved for customers to dry cars. So often carwash employees take up those parking places when they should be parking further away...customers first! Please talk to Ace Hardware to have them move their truck that is always parked in the second row, they have more than enough room to park by their propane tank across the road. As Target has reinstated a long lost retail rule to say hi to customers who are 10 feet away, your new and older employees need to be trained to wave, say hi or somehow acknowledge a customer is in need of a friendly greeting. It is seldom happening. Zach does a great job of welcoming customers to, "his home"! These are all just, "Opportunities for Improvement" for MY CARWASH! Correct these easy things to fix and it could be rated a 5 star.
