  I came in for an oil change, which was fine, and I also asked them to check my brake lights because I already knew the right one wasn’t working. They charged me $15 for a bulb and told me everything had been checked and was working. As soon as I left, I realized the right brake light was still not working. I had to come back and tell them. At first, I was told that a coworker had checked it and replaced the bulb, but once they actually looked again, they realized it was never fixed. Only then did they replace it—“for free.” The problem is that I had already paid $15 for a service that clearly wasn’t done. Yes, they eventually fixed it, but only after I wasted my time coming back and complaining. That’s not acceptable. This situation makes it hard to trust their services. If they don’t properly check something as simple and visible as brake lights, how can customers trust that other items—like air filters or cabin filters—are actually being checked or replaced when we don’t have a way to see it? I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but this experience really damaged my trust. I don’t want free parts after the fact—I want the job done correctly the first time, especially when I’m being charged for it.

  Great place to get oil change, replace break lights, wiper blades A+ service every time been coming to this location for 7 plus years!..

  Went in for a quick oil changed and was helped by Katlin, She was super friendly and very helpful while my car was getting serviced. Would def come back when i need anything else done :D

  Julian was great, my husband came in for a simple oil change and had a few questions and he was able help with it all, however, when trying to figure out an issue with the control levers on one of our bikes, I felt as if one of the larger employees was rude, inconsistent, incompetent, and overall inappropriate. Kaitlyn? I believe was its name..was absolutely useless and then suggested i go find somewhere else that could handle what she would be unable to, did not even advise for another mechanic.

  Went in for full-service oil change at 8:25 AM. There was one car ahead of me. Service finished by 9:05 AM. The manager explained everything they did, and what they suggested based on mileage, but there was not pressure to add additional services. Super-friendly and helpful. Had a $20 off coupon, and received more after the service so the whole job was quite affordable.
