  I visited for a full oil change service which was advertised to include air filter cleaning and a multipoint inspection. However, instead of cleaning the air filter as part of the service, I was asked to replace it. When I declined the replacement, the filter was simply put back without being cleaned. After the service, I also noticed that the dashboard/glove compartment door was not closing properly, which seems to have happened after the air filter was reinstalled. I expected a little more attention to detail, especially when services like filter cleaning are mentioned as part of the package. I hope the team can be more careful with these small but important aspects of service in the future.

  They forgot to change coolant , tried to get me to change the rear differential for $120 when it didn’t need it . If you’re not towing with a Subaru wilderness outback you don’t have to change rear differential until 30,000 miles. They said every 15,000 miles. I chose not to go to the dealership for the 1st time to save a little, I may just go back to dealership next time or do it myself.

  I'm always nervous letting people work on my car. But the techs listened exactly. They didn't bother me but to tell me car was done. Usually I'm bombarded with requests for extra services and pushy techs. I will be back for additional services now ... and let people know about my experience. I really appreciate the work.

  I used to go to Honda for my oil changes, but it was such a long process and cost a fortune. I always come to this grease monkey and have never been disappointed. I called this morning and Gerald told me to come in and I’d be out in 15 minutes. He wasn’t lying! In and out before I knew it. They give suggestions on maintenance and recommendations but never push you to do any extra services. Cannot thank them enough for always taking care of me and my car! Highly recommend them!

  My son’s car recently started making a clicking sound, and we were worried it might be low on oil. The team at Grease Monkey quickly confirmed the oil level was low and took the time to carefully explain that the engine may be burning oil excessively. They also identified a leak at the valve cover and recommended replacing the gasket before it became a bigger issue. A special shout-out to Katlin, the assistant manager, who truly went above and beyond. She patiently walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening with the vehicle. Thankfully, after the fresh oil change, the clicking stopped and a potential disaster was avoided. I was so impressed with the service that I returned a few days later for my own oil change and received the same outstanding care. Professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful — I highly recommend this Grease Monkey location!
