The guy who helped me was super cool about showing me how they got to it. Hopefully I can get to it now, but if I can't ill definitely go back because he treated me like a person!

I would suggest however that the techs might want to back off a tiny bit on the “additional recommendations”. While I was there an additional 3 people completed or came in just after me and all 3 received additional recommendations of other services that needed to be done. While they might all have been valid it makes the recommendations feel a little made up and instead feels like a non-transparent up-sell.
