  Terrible experience at this location. The first car they gave me had extremely warped brake pads. I then took the car back to swap out. The replacement cars engine overheated on me. When I brought that one back to get swapped out again, they brought me the first car with warped rotors. (No attention to the safety of the vehicles they are giving there customers.) after trying to get an upgrade to car that works they weren’t willing to work with me and instead made me drive to another location 30 minutes away.

  I forgot the young blonde lady’s name but I know Blake’s name because I just got off the phone with him. Everybody here deserves a raise. This service was wonderful. It was my first time renting a car definitely coming back. Screenshot this and send it to the suits because corporate deserves to know how good this location is. Wonderful experience.

  We had a rental arranged through Enterprise while our Kia EV6 was being repaired from being hit while parked. While in the rental, the rental car was hit in the home depot parking lot in Glendale and there was no note left (hit and run and couldn't believe the same thing happened within 2 weeks!). When we returned the rental we pointed out the damage to Enterprise and after discussions, damage was estimated to be minimal, under $2,000, closer to $1000-1200. We explicitly directed that we would pay out of pocket for the damage and it would not be worth filing through our insurance. The local team assured me and notes were taken on our account and we were told that we would be contacted by corporate and invoiced for the damage. The process took @ 4 weeks and instead of notifying us, it was claimed under our insurance and the same day it was claimed, we were emailed. We immediately called Enterprise upset that they claimed this through insurance and reminded that this was to be a self pay. After 6-8 weeks of working with our insurance and our Enterprise rep Grant W to insure us that if we self-payed, the claim would not follow us, we paid the invoice. This was not the truth. This claim is following us, even though nothing was paid through insurance. Enterprise got their money, we are penalized through insurance and never should have self-paid or taken the multiple hours to try to make this right. No apologies or actions to get this off of our motor vehicle record, just finger pointing and blame at the other parties. Do not use this company.

  We neede a car as ours was going to be in the shop for about 15 days.The team at Enterprise were friendly, efficient, and gave us a great deal. Thank you all for your help.

  They ask unnecessary personal inforamtion such as secondary phone numbet for my friends and family. I'm not involving anybody else into contacts and agreements that I sign. It is ridiculous! Also, these big companies tend to loose personal information of their customers, and then customers have to deal with consequences of companies' mistakes. I don't like providing additional information.
