  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Management and Unprofessional Service This review is for Enterprise Rent-A-Car – 9139 Commerce Center Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO. This location is severely mismanaged by Reed Kowalski, and the lack of accountability clearly comes from the top. I was told an area manager, Meagan F., would call me regarding these issues — she never did, which says a lot about the culture and customer service standards here. A pickup was scheduled in advance for my wife at Ralph Schomp BMW. Enterprise never showed up. My wife had to call, re-explain everything, and wait again — already unacceptable. When she finally arrived at the Enterprise location, with a confirmed appointment already arranged and paid for by Progressive, they began asking for the same information all over again, making her late for work. When I called to clarify the reservation and correct the situation, I was repeatedly addressed in an unprofessional and dismissive way (“Hey man,” “Sorry buddy”). This went on throughout the call and crossed the line from casual to disrespectful and incompetent customer service. At that point, I canceled everything, contacted Progressive, and switched to Hertz, where we were treated with respect, efficiency, and professionalism — exactly how this should have been handled from the start. This industry has plenty of competition, and Enterprise at this location clearly fails to understand that professionalism and reliability matter. I’ve used Enterprise for many years, including for my trucking company, but after this experience, I am canceling all contracts I’ve had with them for over a decade. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values their time or expects basic professionalism.

  Perley and the team at this location are fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to support me with a rental car while my car was at an auto shop for repairs. Terry offered me a ride home and the entire experience was the customer service that you won’t find elsewhere.

  Had a 5/5 experience renting for the last month with this branch of enterprise. Reed and Cody (and everyone else we worked with) made sure we were taken care of and communicated everything perfectly with us. Would definitely go back to this branch if we ever need to rent a car in south Denver again.

  The service was friendly and professional. The car was also of good quality, worked well, and didn't smell. I should point out that the car wasn't completely full of gas when I picked it up, so that should have been checked more diligently.
