I took my truck here to Brakes Plus and they said everything looks fine and I had 90% of life left. I appreciate the honesty and explanation of everything. They helped me make sure the vehicle I was considering was safe to buy, and they did it in a reasonable amount of time with excellent customer service. When I walked in, Brian checked me in. He was very friendly and got me settled in. As I waited for my inspection I watched Brian provide thoughtful and helpful service to several other folks. Marcus (and Brian as well) took the time to talk with me about what might need to be done on the vehicle and what I should look out for when buying a car. They explained things clearly and didn’t try to scare me into unnecessary repairs. They told me honestly what I should and shouldn’t be worried about and whether the car was a good buy. I don’t remember the mechanic’s name, but he was very knowledgeable and let me know that he felt the car checked out well overall, which gave me peace of mind before making such a big decision. I really appreciate how patient, informative, and straightforward everyone was. I would definitely recommend Brakes Plus to anyone who needs a pre-purchase inspection or honest advice about their vehicle. Note I did buy the vehicle and I’ve been enjoying it thoroughly. My best car purchase yet!
