  Love the touchless Auto Wash though stop to seem like it wasn't spring out one of the waxes or something didn't look like it was covering enough but generally they keep things running and I feel like it cleans it pretty good

  Doesn’t matter which location I go to, something is inevitably broken; no soap, no water pressure, blow dryer broken, vacuums don’t suck, touch screen freezes in the middle of a wash. This membership is a waste of money. Only reason I keep it is because there’s no other carwash outfit that has self service bays & monthly memberships. But I think at this rate I’d just rather wait for the rain. As out is I have to bring my own soap, my own sponges, etc. And calling customer service just gets me more angry because they’re arrogant, rude & condescending. I truly cannot stand Autowash & will tell everyone who will listen, not to waste their money. Zero stars.

  There are issues in 30-40% of all my visits there. Either equipment resets in the middle of the wash, or app doesn't recognize my location, or app gives me wrong qr code. I wish there was another contactless wash in the neighborhood

  Zero stars is not an option. Three days in a row, 1 bay open. I was dooped by their Black Friday special which was obviously too good to be true. The deal was basically a monthly membership allowing for one car wash for 1 car per day with their top of the line wash. Well, it appears that their business model was to sign a bunch of people up and then idle their wash bays. For the third day in a row this location had 1 of 3 bays operating with unreasonably long lines. Imagine, 8-10 minutes per wash multiplied by 5-6 cars always in line. Is it reasonable to wait an hour every time you arrive? I guess for $26 a month it is for some. I called to cancel the too good to be true deal and get my last months payment back but they were quick to point out their Ts and Cs to cover their back. Looks like I'm not the first call and FYI, there was no money returned. In fact they claimed that I had already "saved" money by using their subscription. As long as you get 1 wash a month they consider you've made a bargain. Autowash must be owned by Vail Resorts. Best advice is dont give them business and let the free market decide.
