  Love the idea and the fact that they have a touch less automatic car wash, but it seems that everytime I go, 1 or 2 of the 3 bays are either under repair broken or just plain broken.

  This was my 2nd time going to this location and both times the foam cannon was not working. I get things won't always work but the thing that won me over was Tristan. He made a visit go from 0 to a great outcome. He was working in another bay and dropped what he was doing to fix my bay. He did everything he could with the filter in the backroom, gave me more time to see if the issue was fixed. At the end of the day the foam cannon didn't work, but he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He also gave me a microfiber towel for my trouble. It was good to see that a single employee went out of his way to make things right!

  Terrible. I have been here 3 times now and all 3 something has been broken. Worst part is you have to download an app and pay for the wash before you can be made aware of what is not available - such as the “high pressure wash” being out of service.

  My 4th visit in a row and the self service bays we're out of several chemicals for a wash again. The quality of this location has gone down dramatically in the last few months with several bays and especially the automatic washes routinely out of service with long wait times for what is functioning. The worst part of the self service is you don't even know what selection options are out of service or not filled to use until you activate the system. The touchscreen are also horrible user experience often not selecting options that you want and then you have to waste time waiting and clearing out the system of a wash chemical you didn't want to select.

  First, they removed the option to accept 25 cents. Card payment only. And today, due to the warm weather, a lot of cars came to be washed. And the foam ran out. I had to wash them twice with regular water. The "mag-away-remover" function also didn't produce any foam. And I don't want to wash them with a brush (which they don't replace) and scratch my car. Pre-soak working like spot-free rinse(there is not enough pressure, and there is no foam either).
