Got our keys and some good local suggestions from the National team. Fast and ready to go by the time family obtained our bags! Short walk outside with bags and we were off! Return was simple and smooth. Fuel refill in Hayden was less per gallon than over in Steamboat Springs and only 2 miles from return center. Simple and efficient. note: rental period was in mid-April and only 1 plane arriving from DEN at the time we landed.

Luis was working as fast as possible while maintaining an excellent professional demeanor. Tough position he was put in. Regardless, very kind and apologetic throughout our encounter. As a courtesy, he discounted the rental due to the long wait. It wasn't asked but it was greatly appreciated. Upon return, Ben, also demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. This has been one of the best National Car rental experiences to date. Good job Luis and Ben.
