  Made a reservation months ago and they gave away our large suv. We had 6 people plus ski luggage. Some of our group had to get their own rides. They know how to take reservations, they just don’t know how to hold them, which is the most important part of the reservation, the holding, anyone can just take, take, take reservations, it’s the holding that is most important. You would think they would know that as a rental car place but they don’t understand. They are overbooking the vehicles they have then intentionally down grading people.

  Have highest tier with national and the staff today was entitled, demeaning, unhelpful and rude. Such a simple rental/ very straightforward for 2 days. They were out of the car class booked and did nothing but make giving a rental car of another type a burden though it was this location’s fault they did not have a car. Two males, one was the manager- told us to check other rates online, everything was an issue, disrespectful with no desire to problem solve- their problem unless more money was paid for a larger car. Will not rent here again.

  Rental process was smooth and simple all around. Went directly to the counter while family waited for baggage to arrive. Got our keys and some good local suggestions from the National team. Fast and ready to go by the time family obtained our bags! Short walk outside with bags and we were off! Return was simple and smooth. Fuel refill in Hayden was less per gallon than over in Steamboat Springs and only 2 miles from return center. Simple and efficient. note: rental period was in mid-April and only 1 plane arriving from DEN at the time we landed.
