    Rents out vehicles that have NOT been maintained, this is unsafe. I have been trying to get in contact with the counter for a month but it is a customer service loop.

    MANAGER QUIT, EMPLOYEES OVERWHELMED, CAR RESERVED AND PAID FOR IN FULL NOT AVAILABLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND RETRAIN AND RESTRUCTURE OR REVIEWS WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO GO DOWN. WHAT A SHAME

    Waited an hour past reservation. Lady was extremely rude and wasn’t apologetic at all. A smile and kindness goes a long way- especially when the company is running behind.

    Amazing experience with Enterprise / National Rent-A-Car in Vail! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was incredibly smiley, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — exactly what you want when you’re arriving in a mountain town and ready to enjoy your trip. I rented a Hyundai Tucson and it was a beautiful, almost new car — super clean, very comfortable, and felt great to drive in Vail. What truly stood out the most to me was the attitude and energy of the front desk team. Their smiles, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding.
