  I have been at the Executive Level on National for 20 years, National is the best, worldwide, I refuse to rent from anyplace else if possible. However the customer service last week at this location was really bad. We had to exchange out the car that we rented in Denver due to mechanical probs. Roadside assistance was amazing, they set us up for an exchange at this location since we were an hour away. The woman at Eagle County was rude, and dismissive. Not a word of concern for our inconvenience. We were in a sedan, she said they only had pickups, which was not true, we ended up in a small suv. This was not like normal National that is for sure.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience with National Car Rental, specifically thanks to Garrett Rizzonelli. From start to finish, Garrett went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. His communication was prompt and professional, and he ensured the vehicles were ready planeside exactly as needed. This level of attention to detail and customer care is unmatched. By far, this was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Garrett truly sets the standard for exceptional service!

  Do not rent a car in this place, they are crooks. I rented on the 3rd of February with return on the 4th of February. To my surprise on 11/02 they charged 619.06 on the card claiming that I returned the car only on 09/02. I showed my airline ticket where I boarded back to Houston on 02/03 to Houston, uber receipt from George Bush Hotel and the receipt of entry into the hotel in Houston on 02/03. They don't want to solve my problem and I'm going to have to go to court to solve this intentional theft by National Rent Car in Eagle Airport. - star

  I rented for 8 days a full size car in Vail, Colorado. It was very nice to receive an upgrade to a midsize SUV. It was almost new and well cleaned vehicle. I think Alamo did a great job and do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Armando Z Miami FL
