  Waited an hour past reservation. Lady was extremely rude and wasn’t apologetic at all. A smile and kindness goes a long way- especially when the company is running behind.

  Amazing experience with Enterprise / National Rent-A-Car in Vail! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was incredibly smiley, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — exactly what you want when you’re arriving in a mountain town and ready to enjoy your trip. I rented a Hyundai Tucson and it was a beautiful, almost new car — super clean, very comfortable, and felt great to drive in Vail. What truly stood out the most to me was the attitude and energy of the front desk team. Their smiles, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding.   Avon, CO 81632...NI cars despite prior check- in with full documents and cc. Manager LIED, stating airport location, 38 miles away, couldn't help as closing in 15 minutes and no cars. Complete BS. It had cars and closed 4 hours after location where my pickup scheduled. If course it took over an hour to reach in the wrong direction after begging for a ride from 3rd party. No accommodation for either inconvenience or insolence. I reserved an SUV, ended up with totally unsuitable 2WD car even after receiving a winter weather alert suggesting an upgrade to "safer" car. Despite contract clearing noting return location, the so- called manager tried to charge for the drop off, displayed his temper by slamming every door, tailgate and interior doors with tooth jarring violence. Claimed he had never LIED about availability of cars or pretended those in lit need service he was too lazy to perform near closing time at his facility. Gave new meaning to misogyny. Nice. Great way for 5'3, ,110lb , 73year old woman to feel "safe". NOT!!!?? I can't say enough bad things about Enterprise, the Avon CO location, the telephone Customer Service representative that made empty promises just to clear a call Stay away. Fund any existing alternatives. Never believe them Sadly, this is the only rental car location in my small town: VAIL CO. If I could give them negative stars it would still be too many
