Mind you, there is a red/green light indicator but it's friggin blocked by the machines and it's poorly visible. Moreover, the vacuums aren't accessible unless you pay for higher tier wash. I will never come here again. Cobblestone car wash offers access to vacuums with ALL tier washes.

What really takes this place from bad to unacceptable is the general manager, Charlie. When I calmly raised legitimate concerns, I was met with outright disrespect. He was dismissive, condescending, and clearly annoyed that a paying customer expected the service they were charged for. No attempt to listen, no attempt to fix anything — just attitude and deflection. In my opinion, this is someone who should not be in a customer-facing leadership role. For the prices they charge, the lack of quality and professionalism is almost insulting. The entire operation feels rushed, careless, and poorly managed from the top down. When leadership treats customers like a nuisance, it explains why the results are consistently bad. This location survives on branding, not service. If you care about your vehicle, your time, or basic human respect, avoid this place entirely. There are far better options in DTC run by people who actually care. I won’t be back.

I usually go to a local family owned car detailing spot, and spend $50 for a wash and interior detailing. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
