I usually go to a local family owned car detailing spot, and spend $50 for a wash and interior detailing. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I asked him if there is anything that I’m asking him to do that is outside the scope of the whole thing wash and he said that it wasn’t. Apparently my car had been “sitting too long dirty” Anyway, he mansplained it all to me and I canceled my membership. If you have kids and sticky stuff get on your car, don’t come here because they only prefer to clean clean cars.

The manager informed me they do not clean bugs off bumpers, but they have a solution the customer can use to clean the bugs off themselves. For $62 I do not expect to wash my own vehicle. Also, they did an awful job of cleaning the aluminum wheels. POOR SERVICE car wash. Customer relations? I wonder how many customers this manager has run off.
