- GTGeoffrey ThomasNov 29, 20254.0An unexpected issue sent my bus back to the garage on the coldest night of the season. I figured I could get a cup of hot cocoa as well as kill some time. Well "room temperature cocoa" would be a more accurate description but it was tasty and filling. I'm not sure how a convenance store, even one of larger than average size, can afford that many employees, but they were all friendly and helpful, not just to me but to everyone in the store - so the negative reviews claiming people were mistrested because of the way they looked or the color of thgeir skin are likely bogus - everyone was treated the same when I was there, customers and coworkers alike. Raise the temperature of your cocoa and you'll earn another star.

Despite being a consistent customer and following all store rules and procedures, I have experienced mistreatment, discrimination, and a lack of respect. What is even more concerning is that it seems the corporate priority is more focused on internal processes and company policies rather than ensuring respectful and dignified customer service. As a customer who has invested time and money in your business, I find it unacceptable that the human experience and respect for those who make your business possible are overlooked. Good customer service should never be secondary to corporate decisions: respect, inclusion, and proper attention must be the absolute priority. I respectfully request that these incidents be reviewed, that concrete measures be taken, and that staff receive appropriate training and supervision to ensure that no customer is ever mistreated or discriminated against again. As a customer, I want to feel valued and safe when interacting with your company, and I look forward to a clear response on how this situation will be addressed. If the employee involved or anyone representing QuikTrip holds discriminatory beliefs or supports discrimination in any form, I formally request an official written statement (in PDF format) from QuikTrip confirming this position. Otherwise, I expect immediate corrective action and assurance that the company stands firmly against discrimination of any kind.
