  Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the filter didn’t get tightened down enough which caused oil to leak, we found this out a few days later on a trip to the Western Slope. The good thing is that the Jiffy Lube in Clifton rectified the problem and changed the oil again at no charge, the bad news is it took 6 quarts of oil to get there, hopefully no permanent damage was caused along the way.

  Big shoutout to Peyton, Mikey, and Carlos at Jiffy Lube for taking care of my oil change! The whole process was quick, smooth, and professional from start to finish. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. Definitely a solid team would recommend them to anyone needing reliable service

  Bit of a mixed review here. On 3/27 went into the Greeley location for an oil change. Everything was as expected at first. I pulled into the bay and the normal checks of lights, tire pressure, window wash fluid began. Oil was drained etc. I was approached by to topside technician with my new oil level. Didn’t get the chance to look at it as he came and went very quickly. I was asked to start my vehicle for a pressure check to ensure the vehicle wasn’t leaking. Which is standard procedure. At that point I got a low oil pressure light on my dash which “can,” occur but, it persisted. I asked the technician if he was sure they put oil in my vehicle he advised they had… more on this later. I was asked to exit the service bay to pay. Put the truck in drive and pulled out no oil pressure still. I turned the truck off, popped the hood and checked the dip stick. Nothing. No oil was added to my vehicle which needs 7qts. The truck ran for maybe 10 or 15 seconds dry. Peyton did an absolutely great job of making this right however. He handled perfectly and didn’t charge me for the service. Peyton and I spoke on the phone earlier in the day and demonstrated excellent customer service prior. This dude is a rock star. However, I don’t feel particularly confident in taking my vehicle back to this location. I was most frustrated by the interaction between my initial service technician and the fact that I asked if he had put oil in it and then stated they did ( very nonchalantly,) when they hadn’t. Anyone with less mechanical knowledge then my basic understanding could have been out an engine with less then 50k miles. Not great.

  Took my car in for an oil change. Bobby and his team provided excellent service! Let me know that I was leaking oil from somewhere. Will definitely be back!
