  The map did not take us there. I don't know where this Valvoline is and neither does Google map. And an AI answered the phone before eventually reaching a person that couldn't tell us a different address than what Google map was directing us to. The surrounding businesses were nothing like the address we were at from what the person was describing.

  Dalton completed the oil change on my vehicle and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and made me feel confident in the service I received. I sensed Dalton has likely been working on cars most of his life as a "hobby" who genuinely loves working on vehicles. I didn't feel like "just another car" pulling into the port. Dalton taught me at least two new things about my vehicle that I didn't previously know about. This location and service gets 10 stars from me!

  At 5:12 I pulled up there was not a car insight in your bay garage doors were open. I pulled up tonight on March 5 at 5:12 PM. Two guys were working and they both went about their business like I wasn’t even there. One guy went downstairs to the oil bay. Another guy stayed working on his computer so apparently the business that you’re open for you either don’t need or don’t want so I backed up and I left at 5:19 and again I want to stress that there wasn’t a car having oil changed having wipers done having battery checked nothing I was the only customer there but yet I wasn’t a customer

  Gio and the crew made my first visit pleasant. They are very friendly, bilingual, and willing to educate me on the process. Impressed with the quick service.

  This was my first time actually trusting a quick lube service on my personal car for reasons based off of past experiences my friends and family went through at other quick lube businesses but I figured that since this place was new I’d give it a proper chance, I decided to bring my own oil and filter for the simple fact that I’ve used an OEM filter and mobil 1 oil for the entire time I’ve owned the car. The quick lube staff acknowledged the vehicle took 5.2 quarts of oil as I handed them 6 quarts. As I left the establishment the crew apparently forgot to charge me for my service of the oil change performed so asked if I would return and I saw this as an opportunity to also get the 0.8 quarts of new oil that should of went unused. Apparently the main crew member under the hood decided to poor the full 6 quarts, the crew reassured me that this is normal and should be fine and after multiple dip stick checks on the oil I believed what I was seeing, that was until I went home and let the oil properly set and seen how overfilled my oil level actually was. I decided to drain a portion of the oil myself and topped it off at the proper level. Unfortunately this experience would never bring to return nor recommend to anyone.
