I had to return because my car had been jerking when I tried to accelerate after a complete stop and making loud noises when I tried to accelerate. The first three technicians were great—they were patient and took the time to check it out. One even took it for a test drive. The jerking had not happened then, and during the oil change, one of them accidentally bumped my air filter, which is what made the loud noises when I accelerated. I completely get that accidents happen. However, the fourth technician I dealt with was a bit abrupt and came off as rude. After they returned my car, he told me they couldn’t feel any jerking, and it seemed like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one to get a refund. That’s not me at all—I genuinely wouldn’t lie about an issue just for money. My car is essential for my livelihood, so any problems will financially cripple me. Honestly, I’m reconsidering whether I’ll return. Hence the 2 stars. P.S. They for got to put on the mileage sticker.

However, they did not install my oil pan shield back properly and it got destroyed rubbing on the road. Called in to see what they could do but the manager wasn’t around and never called back.
